Hedgesville Public Library Branch Manager Dana Phelps discusses the library’s efforts to install solar panels and energy efficient lighting, including teaming up with the local Vo-tech center to upgrade the lighting, and collaborating with the solar installer and local electric utility company during the process, ultimately saving money and reducing carbon emissions.
