West Virginians for Energy Freedom (WV4EF)

West Virginians for Energy Freedom (WV4EF), a coalition of neighbors, community organizations, local businesses, municipalities, and elected officials, advocates for energy freedom in the state. WV4EF believes West Virginians deserve the freedom to invest in and benefit from locally owned, renewable, and efficient energy technologies. It engages in research, citizen education, outreach and advocacy on issues including electric utility rate cases (such as the AEP Base Rate Case) net metering, community solar, the Pleasants Power Station bailout, and power purchase agreements.
